3. Customer Content and Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 NetShop Ecommerce does not claim any intellectual property rights over the information or material you submit to NetShop Services. However, you grant NetShop Ecommerce the non-exclusive right and license to use your Store's name, trademarks, and content.
4. User Restrictions and Indemnity
4.1 You shall not use NetShop Services in any manner that violates any law, regulation, policy, or infringes any third party's rights. You agree to indemnify and hold NetShop Ecommerce harmless from any losses or liabilities.

6. Cancellation of Your Account
You may request the anonymization or deletion of your account. Contact the administrator support@netshop.my for details. Please note, account deletion will lead to the deletion of all personal data and it cannot be recovered.

7.1 NetShop Ecommerce may make changes to your Store if you breach any provisions of these Terms of Service and fail to remedy it within the specified time period.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 NetShop Ecommerce provides NetShop on an "as is" basis and expressly disclaims any and all implied or statutory warranties. NetShop Ecommerce gives no warranty regarding uptime, security, or any third-party offerings.
