Does my AI Wallet balance expire?

No. Pay what you use · unused balance rolls over monthly · valid forever until used. Balance persists across plan renewals.

Why isn't AI included in the plan?

AI is pay-per-use compute (Kling / Claude / OpenAI all charge per API call). Bundling into plans means heavy users get a deal while light users overpay. AI Wallet top-up is fairest — you only pay for the calls you actually make, and they never expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-plan?

Yes. Upgrade is immediate with prorated billing; downgrade takes effect next annual cycle. Your AI Wallet balance is unaffected by plan changes.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

All plans are billed annually.

Can I use only POS without live streaming?

Yes. Modules can be toggled on/off from the super-admin/admin back-office, and the matching menus disappear from the UI.

What exactly does "multi-blogger" mean?

Each blogger gets their own storefront, product management, order ledger, and payout flow. Bloggers' data is fully isolated from each other, but the owner (platform admin) sees aggregated results across everyone.

Is there an open-source version?

No — it's cloud-hosted only.
