Client ask "order shipped ?" at midnight. System auto reply
Orders, products, shipping notices — all automatic. A Messenger DM comes in, your customer gets a real answer straight away. You don't get out of bed, and you don't hire a night shift.
Not "we've received your message" — a real answer
Four situations, none of them touched by a human · order numbers and amounts are sample data · replies currently go out in Chinese
What they do, what they get, what it saves you
| What the customer does | What the customer gets | What it saves you | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asks about an order | DMs an order number | Status, amount, balance due, tracking number, order detail link | "Where's my order?" — you never answer it by hand for the hundredth time |
| Just types "order" | Can't be bothered to find the number | Last five orders at once — unpaid ones with a payment link, shipped ones with tracking | One less round trip, and unpaid orders can be settled on the spot |
| Asks about a product | Sends a product code and asks if it's in stock | Product name, price, product page link (live stock, buy right there) | The flood of stock questions after a live — nobody has to sit and answer them one by one |
| You ship it | Nothing at all | Messenger + WhatsApp + Email all notify at once, with courier and tracking link | No pasting tracking numbers customer by customer, and no chasing over a notice you forgot |
Nobody can guess their way into your customers' orders
Looking up an order has to match two things at once: that it's this person, and that it's this shop. If the order wasn't placed by them at your store, it comes back as not found — no status, no amount, no address. Order numbers run in sequence, so guessing one and reading someone else's order is exactly the kind of thing that doesn't happen here.
It checks the person, not the number
Guessing the right order number gets you nowhere if the account doesn't match
Each shop stays its own
Ask from shop A's page and you see shop A's orders — never a sister's
Deleted orders stay deleted
A removed order won't resurface as "unpaid" and alarm your customer
Ship once, notify in three places
Wherever your customer looks, it's there — you don't resend anything
Messenger
The one they already use — customers who came in from a live are already here
The one locals actually read, with courier name and tracking link
A bilingual email carrying your shop logo — the professional touch
Update 50 orders from one Excel file and a customer with three of them gets one message, not three in a row. You get a separate summary — "N orders shipped this round" — so you know exactly what went out.
The Auto-Reply Pack
Order lookup + order list + product lookup + 3-channel shipping notices — on from day one with the Marketplace
It runs on the Facebook Page you already have. We configure it for you at setup.
