Welcome to NetShop.my ("NetShop" or "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by SEO Solution Centre ("the Company"). By using the Platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
NetShop services are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, or to legally registered businesses. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Services
NetShop provides a multi-blogger e-commerce management system, including but not limited to live order capture, multi-blogger affiliate management, POS checkout, warehouse and logistics, KOL commission and payout, AI content generation (AI try-on / AI video / AI copywriting), real-time AutoCount accounting sync, and LHDN e-Invoice compliance. Specific features are based on your selected plan. AI-related features are metered by quota, with quota automatically restored on failure. Payment gateways, courier services, AI large-language-model APIs, and third-party plugins are provided by their respective vendors and are not directly offered by the Platform.
3. Intellectual Property
Content you upload or publish through NetShop (including product information, images, and copy) remains your intellectual property. The Company makes no intellectual property claims over your submitted content. The intellectual property of the NetShop platform itself — including code, design, trademarks, and brand identity — belongs to the Company.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform, and not to infringe upon the rights of any third party. You are fully responsible for all content published and business activities conducted through the Platform. You agree to indemnify the Company against any losses or liabilities arising from your actions.
5. Privacy
The Company respects your privacy. Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.
6. Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. To request account deletion or data removal, please contact support@netshop.my. Once an account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the services at any time. If a user violates these terms, the Company may terminate their access upon notice. Significant service changes will be communicated to affected users in advance.
8. Disclaimer
NetShop provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, security, or uninterrupted availability of the services. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Platform. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to the Company in the preceding 12 months.
10. Notices
The Company will send notices and communications to you via the email address or WhatsApp number you provided during registration. Please ensure your contact information is kept up to date.
11. Non-Transferability
You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
13. Force Majeure
Delays or interruptions caused by labor disputes, natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, or other events beyond the Company's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these terms.
14. General
These terms do not create any agency, partnership, employment, or franchise relationship between the parties. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updated terms published on this page.
