Your shop still runs. It's the system that got old.
Products, members, balances, past orders — nothing gets typed in again, and the old links your customers hold still open. Same annual fee, no increase. This one is for the customers who stayed.
Let's deal with the worries first
Changing systems isn't buying software — it's moving a shop that is still trading. Being nervous is the right response
Products, variants, images, categories, members, balances, past orders — the lot moves across. When it's done you get a reconciliation report: how many products, how many members, how many orders. You check it yourself, and if the numbers don't match, we don't switch.
Old URLs stay alive. A customer clicking an old link still lands somewhere — it redirects to the matching new page, so the authority you built over years comes with you instead of starting over.
No. Member records move with their passwords, so returning customers log in with what they already have — and the balance in their wallet is still there.
Same annual fee, no increase. This edition isn't sold publicly — it's the long-time-customer edition, not a new product.
Not "open a new shop" — move the whole shop
All of this transfers automatically. None of it gets re-entered
Products and variants
Products, size and colour variants, and product images all move together. What was listed stays listed and what was delisted stays delisted — you won't find hundreds of discontinued items suddenly back on sale.
Categories
The category structure comes across as it stands, and a disabled category arrives disabled. Nothing to reorganise.
Members and passwords
Member records move with their passwords — returning customers don't register again and don't reset anything, they just log in with what they had.
Member balances
Every member's wallet balance moves across to the cent, ready to spend on their next order.
Past orders
Old orders move over, attachments included. When a customer asks about "the one I bought last time", you can pull it up.
Facebook customer identities
Your customers' Messenger identities come along, so when one of them DMs you the system still knows who it is — no re-matching people by hand.
Products in several categories
A product that sat in several categories in the old system is still findable in every one of them after the move — not just its main category.
Special options
The separate "special options" from the old system — plain choices like Size and Colour — move too, arriving as options customers can actually pick. No products left without a size to choose.
Sell-when-out-of-stock settings
Products set to keep accepting orders when out of stock — the usual setup for pre-orders and daigou — still take orders after the move, instead of the whole shop suddenly showing sold out.
The move doesn't go live on its own. The system produces a reconciliation report — products, categories, members, orders — and you check it. We switch when you say so.
What you built up on Google over the years doesn't reset
The expensive hidden cost of changing systems isn't moving the data — it's losing your search ranking. A customer finds you on Google, clicks through to a dead link, and that customer is simply gone. At the moment of migration we record every product's and every category's old ID inside the new system, so an old link arriving later can still be matched to the page it meant.
Old product page /show-item.asp?item_id=1234
New product page
Old category page /show-category.asp?category_id=8
New category page
- Old links in customers' bookmarks, and old posters and QR codes still in circulation, all land on the right page
- The link authority Google built up over years transfers with you — the new site doesn't start from nothing
- This has to happen at the moment of migration — if the old IDs aren't captured then, there is no way afterwards to work out which product a link meant
The same shop, on a system that keeps up
Not a redraw of the old system — these are things the old one simply couldn't do
Run the shop from your phone
The back office fits the screen it's on. Take orders, print labels and check reports from your phone instead of having to get back to a desktop.
A storefront customers use themselves
A proper shopfront — customers browse, add to cart, order and check progress on their own instead of messaging you for every step.
Stock and suppliers
Purchases, stock levels and supplier records live in the same back office. No separate spreadsheet to cross-check.
Shipping calculates itself
Set the rules once by region and weight, and checkout works the fee out on its own — no quoting every order by hand.
Batch printing
Print the day's paperwork in one go instead of clicking through it one at a time.
Reports
How much sold, who's buying, what moves — straight from the back office, not from a month-end spreadsheet.
Automatic email alerts
Order placed, payment received, parcel shipped — the customer is emailed automatically. That's a batch of "where's my parcel?" messages you never get.
Social login
Customers can sign in with an account they already have — one less hurdle, one less person who gives up.
Recycle bin
Deleted the wrong thing? Get it back. No more holding your breath before clicking delete.
Four steps, and your shop never stops trading
Your existing shop keeps trading throughout — what we move is a copy, we don't close you down and reopen
A trial move first
We move your existing data into a test site. Your live shop keeps taking orders and shipping as normal, completely untouched.
You check it yourself
Open the test site and check the numbers: how many products, how many members, how many orders, whether the balances are right. Anything off gets fixed on the spot, until you're satisfied.
Switch on a quiet day
Usually the slowest day of your week. The old-URL redirects go live at the same time, so it's a non-event for your customers.
Trained until it's second nature
One-to-one, walking you and your staff through the daily routine — orders, labels, reports. WhatsApp us any time after that.
What this edition deliberately leaves out
The long-time-user edition exists so you can swap in a new system where you stand — simple, quick to learn. A few things are deliberately not in it, and we'd rather say so than have you paying for features you won't touch:
- Coupons and the whole promotions toolkit
- Facebook / Instagram live order capture (comment "+1" and the order books itself)
- Product code pages (customers DM a code to ask about stock)
- The team-selling side — multiple blogger storefronts, official dropship auto-split, KOL payouts
None of that is off the table forever. It's the same system underneath — the day you want live order capture, or you want to sell alongside a team, you pay the difference and switch it on. Nothing gets migrated a second time.
